We have structured the ideal hairdressing course to support all makeup artists wanting to extend their creative abilities, gain work in the Film & TV industry and to broaden their freelance opportunities. To achieve the Certificate III in Hairdressing, a total of 28 units of competency must be completed. These Units of Competencies have been selected in consultation with industry and in accordance with the VET training package rules of this qualification. Please note that we may alter the unit selection from time to time to meet industry expectations and stay with the pulse of time. AACM's academic calendar is offering 4 terms a year with a term duration of 10 weeks. Terms commence in January, April, July and October.
We offer small class sizes ensuring quality training. You will develop skills to work not only as a commercial hairdresser but as a qualified hairdresser with skills to move into fashion, film, TV and productions.
