Course Fees and Census Dates
Course Costs
For on-campus studies students pay $22,000 when studying the Prosthetics stream and $17,500 when studying the Editorial stream. If you are eligible for state subsidised fees, your fees may vary depending on state subsidies available to you and the remaining co-contribution fee you have to pay.
AACM’s on-campus calendar is based on 4 academic terms each year. Each term is 10 weeks long and students are enrolled and study selected units(s) of study each term. Depending on your enrolment as a full time or part time student and your progress through the course, you may enrol and study one or multiple unit(s) of study each term. The 4 academic terms represent the fee periods for VET Student Loans.
The Census Day is the last date you can withdraw from your course or unit(s) of study without incurring a debt for the unit(s) of study you are enrolled in. The Census Day is no later than 20% into a term and usually falls on the Wednesday of week 3.
CUA51020 Diploma of Screen and Media
If the Prosthetics Stream is selected, the total tuition fees for the CUA51020 Diploma of Screen and Media in Specialist Make-up Services delivered on-campus are $22,000.

Each online Fee Period matches AACM’s academic modules with Fee Periods and Module Dates being aligned. Days and times for scheduled synchronous activities may change from module to module and most study activities are self paced.
On-Campus
Full time students usually study 4 terms over 1 year at a full time load. Part time students are usually studying 8 terms over 2 years at a part time load.
